Sales Executive
New Delhi 2+ Years
IWCC is looking for a Sales Executive to grow our freight forwarding business across air freight, sea freight, customs clearance and warehousing. You will find and win new clients among importers, exporters and manufacturers, and look after the accounts you bring in. You will work closely with our operations and customs teams to turn enquiries into confirmed shipments. Your day will include prospecting, quoting, following up on proposals, and keeping the client updated from booking to delivery. What you will do: Identify and qualify new business opportunities across import and export segments Prepare competitive freight quotes for air, sea, customs and door-to-door services Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients Meet monthly revenue and new-client targets Keep the CRM and pipeline updated with accurate notes and forecasts Coordinate with operations to make sure client requirements are met
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience in freight forwarding or logistics
- Good knowledge of air and sea freight and customs processes
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Hindi
- Ability to build client relationships and meet sales targets
- Proficiency with MS Excel and CRM tools
- Willingness to travel to client sites when required
